Group Masterclass · 4 July Weekends Available
4 sessions over one weekend on Zoom. Structured curriculum — groove, sound design, arrangement, mix. Beginner-friendly. You show up, you finish a track.
You know that feeling when a groove locks in and your whole body responds — something in the kick, the bass, the space between the notes — and you can't explain it, you just feel it?
You've spent hours discovering music. You know exactly what you're looking for. You just can't make it yet.
What if you could go from listener to maker — and do it in four sessions, with a group of people who feel exactly the same way you do?
Electronic production looks overwhelming from the outside — synths, samplers, plugin chains, a thousand knobs. You open Ableton and it feels like you need a manual just to start.
So you watch tutorials. Someone shows you their preset, their loop, their sound. You copy it — and it sounds like them, not you. You're no closer to the music in your head.
Courses don't know your influences. AI tools don't have taste. And going at it alone means you're the only one deciding if it sounds right — with no reference point, no feedback, no way to know if you're on track.
The problem isn't the tools. It's having no one to help you find your direction — and no one going through it at the same time as you.
That's what this is. A structured group setting where everyone starts from scratch, moves through the same curriculum, and finishes something together. You're not watching a producer make their music — you're making yours, with real-time feedback from someone who's done it professionally.
Four sessions. One finished electronic track. A workflow you own.

Four sessions across Saturday and Sunday on Zoom. Groove → Sound Design → Arrangement → Mix.
A finished electronic track built around your taste, your decisions. A workflow you can repeat on anything after.
Hi, I'm Pilo
From Glastonbury to Jools Holland, I've shared stages and studios with artists like Nick Mulvey and Nubiyan Twist. My production is heard on Blanco White's records, Red Bull's sync catalogue and releases through BMG.
The electronic music I make is rooted in world rhythm, global sound, and the space between genres. This masterclass comes from that same place — I want to share the approach, not just the technique.
Not a loop, not a preset copy — a full track built around your sound references, your taste, your decisions. Something you can say is yours.
Groove → Sound Design → Arrangement → Mix. A clear process you can apply to any project — not tied to one genre or template.
Everyone in the cohort starts from the same place. Shared references, shared feedback, shared progress — people to keep making music with after the weekend ends.
By the end of the weekend you'll have a finished track and a method. That's the combination that makes the difference between finishing once and finishing consistently.
A structured curriculum that takes you from nothing to a finished electronic track — groove first, then sound, then arrangement, then mix. Each session builds on the last.
Live group feedback every session. You make decisions. I explain why they work.
Electronic rhythm rooted in world percussion. Programming patterns that feel alive — not quantised to death, not robotic.
Harmony, melody, texture and sound selection. Building the emotional core of your track.
Turning 8 bars into a full track. Structure, energy arc, build and release — how to make a track move and breathe.
Dynamics, clarity, and sync-ready delivery. Walk away with a finished track you can share, pitch, or release.
4 July weekends to choose from. Limited spots per cohort.

None. The curriculum is built for beginners — we start from scratch. If you've never opened a DAW, that's fine. If you have a little experience, you'll still get a lot from the structured approach.
03
The group masterclass has a fixed curriculum built around electronic production — everyone follows the same path over one weekend. The Custom Masterclass is fully 1-to-1, built around your influences and style, any genre. Different formats for different people.
04
The focus is electronic music with world-influenced rhythm and global sound design — ITB production that has roots in something deeper than genre templates.
05
No. We work from the ear — sound, feel, and instinct first. Theory comes in only where it's actually useful, and always in plain language.
